Driving to visit a friend in NYC from MD and must of hit a rock or pebble on I-95 somewhere in NJ. Chipped the bottom passenger part of the windshield.

I think ill call my insurance tomorrow.. *Sigh*

since the construction started on the nj turnpike, the company i work for has had to replace a windshield almost weekly.

Can't just get the chip filled?

Just get the chip filled. You could get a new windshield put in, and it could get chipped the next day. Once you get a chip, you might as well keep the windshield until it fails.

Fill the chip before it starts cracking the windshield. My father learned this the hard way.

I will
